Employment Requirements

Responsibilities & Skills
The applicants must perform the following;
- Responsible for supervising & coordinating activities of staff who prepare food items
- Supervise and check tray assembly and delivery of food trolleys
- Also, address customers’ complaints/ concern
- Train staff in duties, sanitation & safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and hire food service staff
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and other kitchen staff
- Verbal communication skills in the English language
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages, etc
