- Responsible for maintaining work records and logs
- Also, schedule assignments & coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, etc
- Good communication and time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are required
- Receive requests for emergency assistance/ service
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Follow-up on issues with work orders
- Operate computed aided communications and dispatching equipment
- Moreover, record mileage, fuel use, repairs & other expenses
- Keep track of shipment and then place these products into the truck/ container
- Perform general duties as assigned by the company
- Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
- Focus on client needs and perform work as a team player
- Awareness of traffic rules and regulations in Canada & must follow them
