Qualification Required:

The candidates possess high school/ related certification/ diploma holders. Also, having Arabic & English speaking skills to deal with people.

Experiences:

Should have 1 to 2 years of working experience as a Cafe supervisor in a renowned city.

Skills & Responsibilities:

To perform the following duties;

• Responsible and efficient control of inventory and products
• Perform daily pass-on to outlet manager
• Full knowledge of outlet menus and perform all activities of cafe supervisors
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management & effective interpersonal skills
• Also, uphold all safety and sanitation policies in the outlet
• Support staff by working business shifts on a weekly basis
• Covering all positions when needed in the cafe environment
• Monitory opening and closing procedures for the facility
• Assist with staffing or scheduling requirements for outlet provided
• Moreover, assist with all phases of restaurant operations
• Ensuring facilities & equipment are in proper working order
• Provide flexible days off to ensure business coverage i.e weekends and holidays
• Manage all activities of workers and evaluate their performance
• Control all issues in a cafe in an organized manner
