The candidates will perform the following responsibilities;
- Responsible for preparing budget and cost estimates for various products of the company
- Also, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Supervised the work of Light Duty Cleaners regularly
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are needed
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance service
- Moreover, coordinate work activities with other departments
- Assist cleaners in performing their cleaning duties daily
- Establish work schedules for workers and give proper instructions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- The work setting may be in a School/ Educational Institution
- Must be physically fit to perform repetitive tasks provided by the management
- Work as a Team player and cooperate with fellow employees
