Qualification Required:
The candidates have at least a Bachelor’s degree in construction with Arabic & English spoken skills.
Experiences:
Should have 1 to 2 years of working expertise in the construction field to supervise various projects.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Candidates will perform;
- Responsible for performing tasks in a construction environment
- Also, oversee construction crews at the company premises
- Recruiting new staff members, monitoring performance & making recommendations for improvement
- Educating the whole staff on safety purposes to perform assigned work
- Good communication skills
- Time management & interpersonal skills
- Ensure that projects stay within budget and required materials & equipment
- Work according to plan, organize, and schedule activities
- Coordinating work activities with sub-contractors
- Moreover, plan all construction and adhere to all schedules and budgets & execute capital investment
- Monitoring of construction site day-to-day activities
- Reporting progress status to the construction project manager on a regular basis
- Understanding team members and giving proper instructions related to work
- Evaluate the performances of construction workers & assign new roles
- Familiarity with construction machinery and ability to operate them
- Showing good behavior with staff and customers during duty hours
