Skills & Responsibilities:
The candidates must possess;
- The age of candidates must be 40 years or above
- Basic first aid skills would be advantageous
- Patrol premises and check surveillance feeds consistently
- Also, assist with compliance with company and federal safety directives
- Report safety issues i.e fire hazards, suspicious, vandalism/ criminal activity, etc
- Answer the phone when requested during non-business hours
- Good communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Moreover, use detection devices to screen individuals for weapons
- Ensure only authorized employees enter restricted areas
- Keep an eye on the entrance & exit to prevent theft
- Ensure workplace security
- Warn patrons of possible rule-breaking
- Reduce violation rules or cause disturbances
- Familiar with security-relevant technologies/Software/ applications
