Qualification Required:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate with good English spoken skills.

Experiences:

1 to less than 7 months.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Perform the following duties;

  • Responsible for determining piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Cut openings in walls & floors to accommodate pipe and its fittings
  • Also, locate & mark positions for pipe connections and passage holes
  • Ability to fix pipelines in walls and floors of the house
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are required
  • Test pipes for leaks using water & air pressure gauges
  • Measure, thread, and bend pipes to the required size & shape
  • Use of steel-toed safety boots & other important tools during duty hours
  • Join pipes using clamps, bolts, cement/ soldering, brazing & welding equipment
  • Moreover, repair & maintain domestic plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Read drawings and blueprints to determine the layout of the plumbing system in a water supply network
  • Manage waste & drainage system of the workplace
  • Handling heavy loads and working under pressure to complete required targets
  • Physically fit and perform accurate work in a given time
