The candidates perform the following;
- Responsible to repair/ replace mechanical units/ components
- Test and adjust units to specifications
- Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
- Also, diagnose faults and confirm findings with the supervisor
- Provide customer service and use of steel-toed safety boots
- Good communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are needed
- Hand-eye coordination and working in a shop
- Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
- Perform scheduled maintenance service, review work orders & discuss with the supervisor
- Having specialization in engine repair, automatic transmission, truck trailer repair, fuel and emission systems, HVAC systems, and hydraulic system
- Moreover, inspect motors in operation, road test motor vehicles & test automotive system
- Possessing truck and transport trailer mechanic-specific skills
- Perform work as a Team player, dependable and showing reliability to required work
